Before you decide

Every number traces back to one
Switching loss is read off the part's own Eon/Eoff against drain current, conduction loss off Rds(on) against junction temperature. Open a result and the curve it came from, the operating point, and the assumptions are all there. Nothing is a lumped constant you have to take on trust.
